Right to withdraw

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason. (§ 11 Abs 2 FAGG)

We only accept returns of unworn, unused, undamaged products that are in perfect condition and returned in their original undamaged packaging. Pleasse follow the detailed instructions for returns. Also ensure that a return address is provided on the return package.

We will issue a refund within 7 days of receiving your undamaged return. Depending on the payment method, it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.

Return instruction

You must notify info@the-xring.com of your intentions to return the products within 14 days after receiving the order. Your e-mail should include the order number, your name and address and the date you received the goods.

  1. Once you get feedback from info@the-xring.com, products must be returned within 14 days of the date of the return request. Returns outside these timeframes will not be accepted.

  2. The item is the customer’s responsibility until it reaches Gregor Eichinger Holding GmbH. For the customer’s own protection, Gregor Eichinger Holding GmbH recommends that you send the parcel using a professional delivery service that insures the value of the goods. We can highly recommend to work with FEDEX.

  3. The costs of returning the products are the customer’s responsibility.

With exchanges, your new products will be shipped to you as soon as we receive the returning package and any additional payment which is required.
