Every order is sent as an insured parcel directly from our office in Austria. This ensures that your jewelry arrives in the best possible condition. We currently offer EU-wide shipping. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Insurance and delivery

All your parcels are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from our office to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered.

We insure each parcel during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to the customers delivery address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, the insurance is no longer covered by us.

Property Rights and Copyrights: all products on the website the-xring.com, samples, catalogs, brochures, illustrations, etc. shall remain my intellectual property. The customer shall not receive any usage or explanation rights!
